In Texas Hold'em poker, the more you discuss and understand, the more varied the strategies become. Since the essence of the game lies in other players, players not only focus on positions and hand ranges at the table but also target specific habits of certain players to set their own profitable strategies and know their Texas Holdem poker hands value.

Therefore, sharing situations during Texas Hold'em poker games with fellow players, and reviewing hands, not only enhances judgment and understanding of information and action lines but also allows listening to others' opinions on certain habits, providing oneself with some advantages.

Of course, not all players are willing to share this information, as Texas Hold'em poker is full of bluffing and deception. However, if you want to improve, mutual exchange is inevitable.

I have been fortunate to have many partners to discuss with during my learning process in Texas Hold'em poker. Therefore, I encourage everyone to share the hands you've played and let's see if there's anything to learn and improve.

Extracting Value of Poker Hands

At a ten-player table, blinds 20/40, UTG straddle 80, MP, the button, and the cutoff all call. In the small blind, we have 2s2c. We can choose to squeeze with a raise, but since UTG is an aggressive player, defending our hand is more appropriate. Therefore, we choose to call the big blindfolds, UTG calls, and the pot is 420.

Flop: 2h 3h 3d

We hit a full house. If there was a squeeze with a raise preflop, I would lean towards a continuation bet to balance our range as being overly strong for my value of poker hands. However, since we only called pre-flop, our hand range is broader. In terms of balancing the range, checking and calling would be more reasonable here. This way, if a heart comes on the turn or river, we can extract value from flushes.

After we check, UTG bets 150, others fold to us, and we choose to call. The pot is now 720.

Turn: 7s

Since 7 is a relatively inconsequential card, we are currently only behind 2/3 and 2/7. However, we must extract value from hands like 4/5, 4/6, 5/6, and some hands with 3 or flush draw potential. So, I lead out with a bet of 350, UTG calls, and the pot is 1120.

River: 10s

Since no flush has arrived, we need to balance our actions as if we missed the draw. I bet 750. If I face a raise, I would call within 2500, as UTG's range includes 3/7 or 3/10, but there are also many missed draws. So, proportionally, calling within 2500 is necessary.

Know Your Texas Holdem Poker Hands Value

If the opponent has a 3 in their hand, 750 is an acceptable value to show the hand. The value of poker hands might go up to the full pot, but considering that if the opponent bluffs, they might bet 4000 or even 5000, I don't want to bear such a swing. Therefore, I only bet 750.

In the end, the opponent calls, and I reveal my hand as a full house. The opponent mucks, and I take down the pot of 2620.

This card play sharing focuses on the subsequent action lines for the value of poker hands we had. If I chose to squeeze preflop, I would c-bet on the flop and decide based on the opponent's actions. If the opponent raises, I would choose to call, preserving my range of high heart cards with an ace, and then decide on the turn based on the opponent's bet size.

However, since I played conservatively with just a call preflop, my swings are relatively smaller post-flop, which aligns with my cautious personality, and this is my Texas holdem poker hands value.

The next part will continue to share recent hands from Texas Hold'em poker games. Stay tuned.
