T20 World Cup 2022 is one of the biggest cricket matches in the world, there are many people who enjoy watching any match of the World Cup. A total of 16 teams will participate in the 2022 T20 World Cup, and cricket teams from all over the world have traveled to Australia to compete in the 2022 T20 World Cup final. T20 World Cup 2022 Introduction
The ICC Men's T20 World Cup is a cricket competition hosted by the ICC (International Cricket Council). The tournament currently consists of 16 teams from around the world, comprising the top 10 teams from the rankings at the given deadline and six other teams chosen through the T20 World Cup Qualifier.
The T20 World Cup has been held every two years, the 2020 edition of the tournament was scheduled to take place 2020 in Australia, but due to COVID-19, the tournament was postponed to 2021, with the host changed to India, five years after the conclusion of the 2016 edition. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in India, the matches were relocated to the UAE (United Arab Emirates) and Oman.
Seven tournaments have so far been played, with West Indies winning two World Cups and India, Pakistan, England, Sri Lanka, and Australia winning one World Cup.
The 8th edition of the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022 is scheduled to be played in Australia from Oct 16-Nov to 13. A total of 16 teams will fight it out for the title. The top 8 teams from the previous edition have already qualified. The other four teams- Namibia, Scotland, Sri Lanka, and West Indies have made it through the previous tournament.
Four more teams, Ireland, UAE, Zimbabwe, and the Netherlands have recently qualified for the tournament from the ICC T20 World cup group qualifier round.

Among them, 10 teams are the top 10 teams in the current T20I ranking, and the 6 teams that have passed the T20 World Cup 2022 Qualifier, are divided into 4 groups to participate in the competition. When the World Cup officially starts, Group A and Group B compete for a first and second place respectively, and can advance to Group 1 and Group 2 to participate in the Super12 competition.
